About the exams
Maths Concept Exam conducted by the same body is not an eligibility criteria for Ganit Pravinya Exam. Any student of Std V and Std VIII can appear for Pravinya exam.The Ganit Pravinya Exam is conducted in the month of December every year. The results of the same are declared in the 1st week of January in the coming year. Students scoring 75 & above in this Exam are eligible for Ganit Pradnya Exam. Pradnya exam is held in the 3rd week of February. The 1st fifty successful students of those who appear for Ganit Pradnya are given a scholarship of Rs.240/- for the next two years, along with a medal & a certificate. Students scoring more than 35% of the highest score are given a certificate. The marks and ranks of the Ganit Pradnya are not declared.

Paper Pattern:
Ganit Pravinya Exam:100 marks, Time: 3 hours. (Around 25-29 questions are asked)
It is a subjective pattern test: Sums to be solved with reasoning, correct steps as well as method carry Marks
Ganit Pradnya Exam: 100 marks, Time: 2 hours. (Around 25 Riddle type questions are asked)Sums to be solved by a shortest method, right way of thinking is considered for marking.

How do we go?
1)Extensive explanation on each topic given with notes and solved examples.
2)Worksheets on each topic and monthly/bi-monthly tests will be given
3)Submitted work will be assessed and returned. No late submissions will be entertained.
4)Feedback about the students progress, class response & conduct will be given as required.
5)The portion for Pravinya Exam will be completed by end of October.
6)Practice test will be given in the month of November.
7)The fees for Pravinya & Pradnya training courses are separate.
